Due to Postal and other major package carriers' regulations regarding shipping of chemicals (including pepper sprays) by air, all Bodily Defense products are shipped by USPS, FedEx or UPS ground. Law-Abiding Policy: Please obey all laws regarding Stun Gun and Pepper Spray use in your area. It is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to be compliant with local laws. Bodily Defense will not knowingly sell or ship any Stun Gun or Pepper Spray to persons under the age of 18 or to jurisdictions that restrict or ban Stun Gun and Pepper Spray use. Warranty Return Policy:
All Bodily Defense and Cheetah Stun Guns carry a 2-year to lifetime manufactures warranty depending on model. Keep all written information and packaging included with your Stun Gun. Bodily Defense honors these *warranties and will replace any defective stun gun if it is returned after contacting us by phone or email. Contact us by email, phone or regular mail if you have any problems with your stun gun. Pepper Sprays are not warranted. All Sales Are Final
*Lifetime Warranty covers manufacture defects of the battery, stun capacitor and flashlight(on models with a flashlight). It doesn't cover impact breaks or abuse. We will replace or repair any model covered under the warranty. Simply contact us by phone or email and return the defective product for repair or replacement.
